Wellbeing tips from Gabe Clark

Taking care of yourself, your physical, emotional and mental health is important.

Gabe Clark, one of the High Country Haven Facilitators, shares her tips on wellbeing.

Pause regularly and listen to the whispers of your own inner wisdom. Listen to the quiet voice inside you. Not the loud critical voices that often come from the outside and make themselves at home inside us.

Learn to connect to and speak from your own truth.

Be creative

Be creative, even if you don’t think you are. Everyone has creation in them. Find your creative space. For right there in your unique way of expressing yourself you find yourself.

Be you

Your experience is unique and important. Trust you for who you are and find your best way.

Wellbeing involves your whole body. Not only your physical body, but your body as it senses, feels, experiences life and creates meaning.

Together we will embark on an in-bodied journey using felt sensing, collage and haiku. No artistic experience is required. You simply need a curiosity and desire for more joy in your life!
